Who we are
GlucoGuard is run by TouchTap Ltd. We are the data controller for the information you give us on this site. GlucoGuard isn’t made by or affiliated with Dexcom.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the phone you chose (iPhone, Android or both), your country and the date you signed up.
We don’t ask for your country. It comes from your internet connection when you sign up, and we keep only the country, not your IP address.
We don’t ask for health information on this site, and we don’t connect to Dexcom from it. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use your email to tell you when GlucoGuard is available on your phone. Knowing which phone you use lets us email you about the right app store, and knowing your country tells us whether GlucoGuard is available where you are yet. We rely on your consent to do this, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it
We don’t sell or share your information. It’s kept in our own database, hosted by Cloudflare, which stores it on our behalf and may only use it for that. If any of it is processed outside the UK, it’s protected by the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
Until GlucoGuard launches on your phone and we’ve told you, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Then we delete it. If you go on to create a GlucoGuard account, the app has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To be removed from the waitlist, email us. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we’ll tell you first.
